- ESN was formed in 2008 by Roger Buck with over 40 years of experience in the print manufacturing, sales and marketing arena. Receiving his Certified Forms Consultant Accreditation in 1991 and his Certified Document Accreditation in 1999 from the PSDA (Print Services and Distribution Association) Roger is also a past recipient of the PSDA Manufacturer of the Year award. He has served as the national sales and account manager for organizations in excess of $50 million dollars in revenue. His printing experience covers offset, flexography, dye sublimation, commercial, digital variable color, composite cards, security deterrence and numerous offline finishing systems. As a member of many new product development teams his career has included developing various print and electronic marketing programs for new product campaigns through direct and indirect sales channels. His background also includes forensic analysis and design of documents with covert and overt security features to deter counterfeiting or provide covert authentication.
